It is new from the ground up and just been unleashed from 6 months of vigorous torture!
Exhaust System
The new re-designed exhaust system maximises engine power from low to mid range
and with dual aluminium shorted mufflers, the engine does not come under
pressure trying to push out exhaust gases from one muffler, plus it looks great.
Frame
The XTR250 new high tensile steel frame has been carefully engineered to make it lightweight and durable.
The swing arm is also lighter and as strong as the frame. The 50cm rear shock
is fully adjustable for damping and rebound for a comfortable ride.
Suspension
The 91cm front suspension is fully adjustable for great absorbtion and
responsive handling on those challenging trails and lets not forget the race
tracks.

Cooling System
The new lightweight larger capacity radiators ensure that the enging is getting
maximum cooling on those very hot days and high rpm's.
The larger water pump ensures that the water flow is always constant to keep
the engine at normal operating temperatures.
Brake System We changed the front brake caliper to dual piston calipers with an aluminium
body to keep the weight down and still have maximum braking power. The brake
discs like the rear have slits cut out to keep them cooler during those extreme
riding conditions on the track. Larger and stonger 6 bolt hubs are used for
trouble free enjoyable riding.
Power Plant
Contracting the largest engine manufacturer in China, the new power plant in
the XTR250 puts out great low-to-mid range power and torque and almost 17 horse
power. Re-designed clutch cover makes sure that you wont have to removed the
engine from the bike to replace clutch plates.
We also made more room for easy no hassle replacement of the oil filter. The
water pump is larger than previous years to ensure maximum cooling.
Advance CDI with a higher rev limit for that last second mid range power that
you need to win.
